ayutthaya day trip
we woke up super early to make the first express train out of bangkok to Ayutthaya, the ancient city which was once capital of thailand! [[let me just interrupt by saying this is the LEAST sleep i’ve ever gotten on vacation….]]

what a day!
momo woke up disgustingly early since she’s still on CA time, D and I slept in till the ungodly hour of 8am…………….. so much for “sleeping in”
we all went down to breakfast and ended up eating approx 500 slices of toast each (it tasted really good for some reason.. oh yeah, maybe the butter and marm?) before finally hauling our butts off...
i dreamt last night that my mum got a fat corgi named… yeuni? yeun? (“you-nee”)
and then i kept going in and out of immigration with no problems while this guy (who looked like robert pattinson?) was held at immigration (whoopsie, sorry!)..
and we were packing for a trip.

i saw a real-live sloth on TV last night (TLC’s travel show with all the cute Australian hosts duh) and i literally laughed out loud. Alone, in my bed. at 12:45am.
who knew sloths were so hilarious?! hahaha
it was a three-toed sloth moving (more like writhing in UBER SLOW MOTION) on the ground… and that was him going at “full speed”
